  Our server was terrible. Hailey disappeared for quite some time, took 20 minutes to get the check. I actually had to get up and get my own Togo boxes. It takes a lot for me to get angry and by the time I left there I was thoroughly disappointed. Management should take a look at who they are allowing to serve their customers. She was unfriendly, extremely lazy and she should really think about looking for employment in a different field. In this field you work for tips, you put up with quite a lot to earn that tip. Unfortunately she does not understand the meaning of customer service. For what it is worth I have never given a review before, this was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I am a bartender I would like to think I know a thing or two about how to be successful in this industry.

  Ate there on a Saturday evening. Went to change my newborn after being seated to find the restroom a complete disgusting mess. Clogged toilets and sinks and a puddle of urine on the changing table NOT from a baby. Asked one of the employees to please have the restroom cleaned; 30 minutes later, nothing. An hour later still filthy. The bathroom was enough to stop me from going back again. Food was ok, a bit overpriced. Had to ask for silverware after getting our salads. Waitress helpfully asked if we wanted ketchup, but then didn't bring it. The bill didn't even have a pen to sign. Hard to recommend this place. I would tell people to completely avoid, but the salad bar was great. Go for the salad bar but don't use the restroom!

  If looking for a table service restaurant in the mall, this is your only option. Thankfully, it's a good option. You get the typical Ruby Tuesday experience, salad bar and all.
  Having dined here many times over the years I've found it to be a well run restaurant. The food always comes out hot and fairly quickly. It is always well staffed to limit waits.
  My most recent visit my family ordered two entrees and one kids meal for the kids to split. They brought the kids meal as soon as it was ready, as requested and two plates for them to split it. It was a two corn dog meal, so it was easy to split and the kids loved it.
  The adult meals, both burgers came shortly thereafter. Both burgers were hot and juicy and well seasoned. The fries were also nice and crisp.
  The waitress was quick to bring refills. And no longer wait for the check or for her to take it and process the credit card.
  Very happy with our meal, as we were in a bit of a hurry to see a movie and Ruby Tuesday got us in, fed and out in more than enough time!
