  Got some food from this McDonald's at 3 PM Tuesday, December 15 and the staff was very rude. If I was there manager then they would all get in trouble for their poor customer service skills and not having a smile on their face and acting like assholes

  So never until last night had I experienced anything like this at ANY McD let alone this one. I just met their Marketing Manager about two weeks ago where I raved about the service of the Daytime Manager Tye and her staff. HOWEVER!!!! Last night at 9:15 pm I visited this McD and encountered Brian. I ordered my food and asked for it to be made fresh (Fish meal, with Ice Tea, Mcdouble, and a Mcchicken. My total was $9.22. Yes isn't important. After being told to wait in the Drive thru wait space and I did for 30 Min, I then decided to check on what was taking so long. Well there you have it!!! They made it fresh however never delivered it to me, I then asked for it to be made again as it was now cold. I advised Brian that I was in the store a few weeks back and I raved about the store. He then told me "WELL IF YOU'RE GOING TO REPORT ME YOU CAN TAKE IT AS IT IS" I THEN ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND IN WHICH HE THOUGHT TO GIVE ME $6.... THEN I GUESS BECAUSE I'M A PERSON OF COLOR THOUGHT TO TELL ME TO GO BACK TO THE GHETTO!!!!!!! I am well educated, I work for the state of Maryland and again I'll say because I am a woman of color is why I was advised to go back to the GHETTO. So I guess you'll receive great service from the evening shift of this MdD if your NOT A PERSON OF COLOR. OF COURSE I'M CONTACT THEIR CORP OFFICE AND MAYBE AN ATTORNEY AS THIS WAS TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER!!!!!!!

  We go for breakfast almost everyday. Like managers but they need to get better cooks. We always get egg mcmuffins but they are almost burnt even on special orders.
